How to Manage Your Intent Pages
Understanding and managing your Intent Pages is crucial for gaining a comprehensive view of all your intent signals in one place. This functionality allows you to monitor prospect behaviours and preferences effectively, enabling you to tailor your outreach strategies. This guide will walk you through the steps to navigate and utilise your Intent Pages efficiently.
Getting Started with Your Intent Pages
To start managing your Intent Pages, navigate to the “Intent” tab and select “All Intent,” Here, you will find a centralised view of all your intent signals aggregated in one stream.
Filtering Your Intent Results
In the top right corner of the Intent Pages, you will see the “Filter” button. Select this button to refine the results further. You can filter the intent signals by various criteria:
- Source
- Industry
- Company Size
- Geographical Location
- Level of Surge
- Date Range
Additionally, you can select to download the filtered results by selecting the checkboxes in the table, and select the Download CSV from the actions button.
Understanding the Intent Table
You will receive a table of all your intent signals in an easy-to-understand format. Here’s a breakdown of the columns:
- Date: The date when the intent signal was recorded.
- Company: The company identified as showing intent.
- Company Details: Further information about the company, including geographical location and company size.
- Intent Details: Information about the type of signal, including the source and trigger.
- Prospects: The number of revealed prospects matching the target persona. Click on the arrow to view the detailed prospect list.
Viewing Information on Your Intent Pages
Each section of the Intent Pages provides the capability to view or take action on additional information about the companies and prospects. Here’s how to utilise these features:
- Quick View on Company Details: This feature offers a brief snapshot of the company, giving you a concise overview of their profile.
- Detailed Company Information: Accessing this allows you to gather more comprehensive information about the company, including additional location details and the technology tools they are using.
- Intent Details: This section provides an in-depth look at the company's intent signals, including a history of previous intent sources they have been identified with.
- Prospects Tab: Click through this tab to see the prospects you have already revealed, identify those matching your target persona, and explore other available prospects at the company.
By using these features, you can efficiently manage and act on the information provided, enhancing your ability to engage with prospects and optimise your outreach strategies.
Taking Action on Your Intent Data
To take action on your intent data, click on the selection button on the left-hand side to choose the desired prospects or all prospects on the page. Once selected, click the “Actions'' button. From here you will have multiple options available:
- Download: Export the list of selected companies in a CSV format for external use.
- Add to List: Add the selected companies to a list for further engagement.
- Suppress: Suppress the selected companies to prevent them from showing again.
- Hide: Hide all the selected companies from the view.
- Delete: Permanently delete the selected companies from the view. This action cannot be undone.
If you are looking for specific results, you can use the search bar to locate them quickly.
Managing Individual Intent Signals
On the right-hand side of the Intent Table, you can click the three dots to access additional action options for individual intent signals. These options include:
- Add to List: Add the company to a specific list.
- Add to Watchlist: Add the company to a watchlist for easy monitoring of intent signals.
- Add to Exclusions List: Exclude the company from future views.
- Delete: Permanently delete the intent signal from the view.
- Hide: Hide the intent signal from the view without deleting it.
All subset Intent Pages maintain the same functional structure, ensuring a seamless user experience, with the data tailored specifically to the type of intent signal being displayed.
By understanding and managing your Intent Pages, you can effectively monitor and act on prospect behaviours and preferences. This centralised view of intent signals enables you to tailor your outreach strategies and engage prospects more effectively. Use these tools to refine your approach and enhance your lead generation efforts.
