Managing Your Published Cadences
Effectively managing your published cadences ensures that your marketing and communication strategies are continuously optimised and impactful.
Getting started with Managing your Published Cadences
To access your published cadences, click on Cadences and then select Published. This area allows you to filter and manage your active campaigns efficiently.
Upon entering the published cadences section, you can filter the results to find specific cadences based on various criteria:
Owner: Filter by the person responsible for the cadence.
Cadence Type: Filter by the type of cadence.
Status: Filter by the current status of the cadence.
Date: Filter by the creation or publication date.
Search: Use the search bar to find a specific cadence by name.
The results list provides a comprehensive overview of each published cadence, including:
Cadence Name: The title of the cadence.
Days in the Cadence: Total duration of the cadence.
Steps: Number of steps involved in the cadence.
Added: Total number of contacts added to the cadence.
Active: Number of contacts currently active in the cadence.
Finished: Number of contacts who have completed the cadence.
Ejected: Number of contacts removed from the cadence.
Successes: Total successful outcomes achieved through the cadence.
On the right side of the screen, there are three dots next to each cadence, providing a dropdown menu with several management options:
View: Open and review the cadence details.
Assign to Group: Assign the cadence to a specific group for better organisation.
Archive: Move the cadence to an archived state, removing it from active use.
Duplicate: Create a copy of the cadence for reuse or modification.
Delete: Permanently remove the cadence.
If a cadence is part of a group, you can expand the group to show individual cadences by clicking the arrow on the left side of the screen beside the cadence name. This feature helps you manage and organise your cadences more effectively, especially when dealing with large numbers of campaigns.
By utilising these tools and features, you can ensure that your published cadences are well-organised, monitored, and optimised for maximum impact.
