Understanding Your Email Results
Analysing your email campaign results is crucial for improving your marketing strategy. Here’s how to access and interpret your email results. To view your email results, start by navigating to the Cadences section. Then, click on Published and select Email Stats for the cadence you wish to review.
Within the results area, you can refine your data by using the available filters:
Date: Choose the date range to see results from a specific period.
Owner: Filter by the email owner.
Email Type: Select the type of emails you want to analyse.
On the results page, various metrics are displayed to provide a detailed view of your email performance. These metrics include:
- Emails Sent: Total number of emails sent.
- Emails Delivered: Emails successfully delivered.
- Email Opens: Number of times emails were opened.
- Email Clicks: Number of clicks on links within emails.
- Email Bounces: Number of emails that bounced back.
- Email Replies: Number of replies received.
- Positive Replies: Number of positive responses.
- Email Successes: Overall success rate of your emails.
- Unsubscribes: Number of recipients who unsubscribed.
Each metric box is clickable, allowing you to view the contacts related to that specific metric.
The table of information displayed includes:
- Date: The date of the email activity.
- Name: The contact's name.
- Company: The contact's company.
- Status: The status of the email (e.g., delivered, bounced).
- Type: The type of email.
- Activity Details: Specific details of the email activity.
- Contact: Contact information.
- Actions Field: Click the three dots to individually perform the same actions available in bulk actions.
When you click on a metric box, you can see a list of contacts associated with that metric. Here’s how to manage these contacts:
- Select Contacts: Use the select option next to each row, or bulk select at the top.
- Action Button: After selecting contacts, an action button appears with several options:
- Add to Workflow: Add selected contacts to an existing workflow.
- Add to Cadence: Incorporate contacts into another cadence.
- Add to Pipeline: Include contacts in your sales pipeline.
- Add to List: Add contacts to a specific list.
- Send to HubSpot or Salesforce: Export contacts to HubSpot or Salesforce.
- Download CSV: Export contact details as a CSV file.
- Delete: Remove contacts from the list.
By following these steps, you can effectively manage and analyse your email campaigns, optimising performance and enhancing your overall marketing strategy.
